Mill Rate Bylaw 777, 2009
The 2009 year total property assessment value increased 6.37% ($59 million) compared to the 2008 year. The increase is as a result of a $7 million Linear Property, approximately $16 million New Growth, $0 million Machinery & Equipment and $36 million Market Value Adjustments.
