Document Authorized for release $0.50 plus GST single page or a portion thereof. Photo copy single sheet $0.54 per sheet. Maximum of $10.00 plus GST.
Tax Certificate
Tax certificate authorized for release $20.00 per certificate (GST inclusive)
Description of Parcel or Assessment
Information for description of a parcel or detailed assessment information on a year by year basis is $10.00 per parcel (Tax Search).
Assessment Record
Fee for a copy of the assessment records authorized for release to the property owner is $0.50 plus GST single page or a portion thereof.
Vehicle Pick-Up
The fee for a car or truck pick-up Sticker is $15.00.
Fridge or Freezer
The fee for a Fridge or Freezer Sticker is $25.00
Cemetery
To obtain a valid Work Permit is $10.00.
Facsimiles
To receive fax services a minimum of cover sheet plus first page is $2.14 and for a second and subsequent sheets an additional $0.54 per sheet.
Land Use By-Law Book
The fee for a copy of the Land Use By-Law Book is $110.00 includes G.S.T. per copy.

License Plates
License Plates are available at a fee of $2.00 per plate.
Flags & Pins
The Municipal flag is available at a fee of $54.25 per flag.
Municipal pin (metal): $2.00 each.
Municipal pin (plastic): $1.00 each.
Returned Cheques or A.F.T.'s
The fee charged for a N.S.F. cheque is $15.00 per item, and the fee for the return of a A.F.T. or E.F.T is $15.00 per item.
Tax Appeal
The fee to process a tax appeal for properties with Residential Mill Rate is $25.00 /per property.
All other properties:
Assessment Value $0.00 - $999,999.00 - $100.00 / per property.
Assessment Value $1,000,000.00 - $200.00 / per property.
Business License
The fees for a business license is as follows:
- Resident person and area resident person (Fernie to Pincher Creek): $75.00 per year.
- Non-resident person: $350.00 per year.
- Daily Rate: $75.00 per day.
The Business license year is January to December and fees are pro-rated after October 1st, calculated at 50% of the regular yearly fee.
Business application for any type of in home occupation or business license is $100.00
